We’re currently looking for a highly competent Assistant Manager to step into our flagship store at the Albany Mega Centre.
This is a critical role, working with our Store Manage to drive the success of one of our largest and most popular destination stores.
To thrive in this role, you will need proven experience driving sales to meet and exceed targets, while maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care.
Essential skills and attributes:
- 12+ months experience in a similar retail management role
- Strong people management skills
- Proven cash handling experience
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to help out with anything and everything
You will be working approximately 42.5 hours per week, and must be available to work Public Holidays. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday 8:30am-6pm, Tuesday 8:30am-4pm and Thursday 11:45am-9pm.
Whether you’re dealing with new customers, VIPS, or your own team of staff, you will need to demonstrate compassion and care with a positive attitude.
You’ll be setting an example for staff at all times so will need to be willing and able to get stuck into any task with a great mind-set.
