Created from a trio that loved contemporary music, art and vintage design, Neuw is a mirror into the co-founders archives. Taking ideas from their own pre-loved, vintage denim, like the fob ring, the revision dart and the 'repair stitch'. For example the 'Repair Stitch' was a way for incorporate a vintage feel into a new pair of jeans. From looking back at their old jeans they found old repair stiches and watched to include this detail as a signature 'scribbled on every pair of Neuw denim.

The iconic Neuw Fob Ring, adorning the front right belt loop of every pair of Neuw Denim jeans, pays homage to a cherished relic: the fob watch that was passed down from our Denim Director, Pär's grandfather. On a Drunken night out in Stockholm the watch that was always connected by a chain from his belt loop broke ands all that was left was the ring. From that day on he kept the fob ring there as he loved the way it looked. Hence now the ring that is fastened to every pair of Neuw denim.
